About The Event

The Principals' Forum is an annual event dedicated to shaping the future of education.

Through a programme of expert-led keynote speeches and panel talks, the Principals' Forum aims to build connectivity between key industry stakeholders and student communities, foster potential collaborations and elevate conversations in the field of education.

Our Principals' Forum is unique as it brings together business leaders and policymakers with school principals in order to facilitate cross-industry discussions and explore innovative approaches to educational leadership.

Through this platform, we aim to tackle the opportunities and challenges faced by students and educators in Asia, and develop actionable strategies and solutions to empower them to thrive in the new era.

Highlights From The Principals’ Forum 2025

The Principals’ Forum 2025 was held on Tuesday 9 December, 2025 dedicated to the topic of 'Reimagining Tomorrow’s Success for the Next Generation'. With unprecedented attendance from principals across Hong Kong and GBA, it was truly an event to remember.

This year’s forum examined what it means for students to succeed in a rapidly evolving world, and how we can best prepare them to thrive amid constant change. Our discussions brought what’s ahead into sharp focus.

Asia’s top university leaders from the likes of HKUST Business School, Peking University, The Education University of Hong Kong and The University of Hong Kong challenged us to rethink success beyond grades, emphasising interdisciplinary, future-ready skills that help students flourish once they step onto a university campus.

Global tech giants, including Google, IBM and Microsoft, demonstrated AI not merely as a tool, but as a collaborator in learning, and McKinsey & Company's 'hybrid intelligence' framework reminded us that success will increasingly depend on integrating human insight with technological capability.

Meanwhile, emerging tech innovators from China, including Hangzhou’s 'Six Little Dragons' gathered for the very first time at an educational conference in Hong Kong to showcase how advancements in AI, robotics and edtech are reshaping learning environments - from BrainCo Inc's focus-tracking headbands and Unitree Robotics' autonomous robots, to iFLYTEK Co., Ltd.'s cognitive intelligence and DingTalk's AI-powered school platforms.

Finally, we were honoured to hear from Dr Choi Yuk-lin, JP, Secretary for Education, whose keynote reaffirmed the government’s commitment to AI education.

The event delivered visionary insights, engaging discussions and valuable networking opportunities to its esteemed guests. Attendees left the Principals' Forum inspired, equipped with actionable solutions, and ready to drive positive change in their educational communities.
